• 1If you have started your test and want to continue working on your test, choose the “Returning User” button and you will be directed to your account page where you can continue your test.
• ?Any tests submitted for grading after 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time will have the next day's date; i.e. a test submitted for grading at 11:59 PM EST June 30 would have a June 30 date, while a test submitted for grading at 12:00 AM EST would have a July 1 date.
• 2All tests must be completed within one year of the date of purchase. If the date has passed, please call customer service at 877-775-4243.
• ?You are given three attempts to pass your test with grade of at least 75%. Once you have passed your test, you will immediately have the option to print or save your certificate of completion. You can return to this site anytime to reprint your certificates for free.
• 2Once you click to have your test graded, your answers will be locked into the test and you will no longer be able to see them. We will not be able to send them to you. If you would like a record of the answers you selected, be sure to write them down before selecting "Grade Test".
